How to delete your account (English)

1. Sign in to Rootina (on the web or in the app).
2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete account & data.
3. Confirm with re-authentication (your password, or a one-time code sent to your email - Apple/Google accounts without a password included) and type the confirmation word.

Deletion is immediate and irreversible. It permanently removes your profile, all patient data and clinical documentation, appointments, metrics, files, formulas, raw materials, questionnaires, AI conversations and the audit log. Encrypted operational backups rotate out shortly after.

We recommend exporting your data first (Settings → Data → Export). If you cannot sign in, email a deletion request from your registered address to support@rootina-app.com and we will verify your identity, delete the account and confirm.
